WORSHIP COMPANION

In May of 2020 as the Coronavirus shut down everything, churches around the world began leading worship online from their local sanctuaries. Whereas millions were reached thanks to Zoom, YouTube, Facebook Live, and other platforms, Pastor Hille sought to create a resource for those without internet connectivity. 

The Worship Companion was made to be a liturgy for home worship.

Assembling each volume of the Worship Companion was far more work than one person could  do alone. Pastor Hille remains eternally grateful and indebted to his friends, peers, & colleagues who contributed sermons, prayers, and other liturgical bits and pieces for the volumes. 

The scope of the project included submissions from 45 volunteers, spanning 18 ELCA synods, and 3 ecumenical partners.
